Tandy Leather is a leading international brand that specializes in providing high quality leather and tools to both leather crafting hobbyists and businesses alike. In 2020, Tandy Leather went through a major rebrand to become a more inclusive company that welcomes all types of leather crafters. I have helped to bring this rebrand to life through its packaging for many of its product sectors: hand tools, kits, patterns, liquids, and thread. In my two years at Tandy, I have earned two promotions from graphic designer to associate product developer, to creative product manager. All of these roles have stayed in the visual design realm while adding in product management aspects. In expanding my role, I have been able to better communicate cross-functionally with teams to ensure a more seamless presentation of the brand.
