Cooter Brown’s Country Saloon

Problem

Cooter Brown’s Country Saloon is a bar located in North San Antonio, TX. They cater to the middle-aged classic country crowd with great music, local artists, and a great atmosphere. They bring in large crowds for half the week, then are relatively empty on week nights. While successful in building loyal customers, their branding could use retouching to continue to grow their reach.

Morphological Approach

Approach

The approach to rebranding is to stick to the roots of what they are. They are a one badass little bar who gives a friendly environment for listening to live music, dancing, and socializing. The goal is to stick to classic country with only a small hint of a modern twist.

Further Investigation

To continue Cooter Brown’s Branding, I would expand and brand their BBQ and food offerings. With COVID-19 many bars are having to restructure their business models to stay open. Cooter Brown’s could also expand into having their own food truck to park outside by the patio to bring in more sales and make this “Badass Little Bar” even better!
